Is there a monthly fee?
No, for most local storage systems. Our Luma systems store footage directly to an NVR (Network Video Recorder) in your home with no cloud fees. Ring cameras do offer optional cloud storage plans for extended recording, but basic motion alerts and live viewing are free.
Can I see in the dark?
Yes, night vision is standard. All of our cameras feature infrared LEDs that provide clear black-and-white footage in complete darkness, typically up to 30-100 feet depending on the model. Some premium models also offer color night vision using ambient light.
How hard is installation?
We handle the entire installation. Our technicians run wiring through walls, mount cameras discreetly, configure your network, and set up mobile access. You'll be fully operational with a quick tutorial on how to use the system before we leave.

How long is footage stored?
Typically 2-4 weeks, depending on your hard drive capacity and camera count. We'll design the system to meet your industry's requirements (some insurance policies or regulations mandate specific retention periods). Storage can be expanded as needed.
Can I view multiple locations?
Yes, via the mobile app or web portal. If you have multiple stores, warehouses, or offices, you can view all cameras across all locations in a single interface. You can also grant different access levels to managers and staff.
What about license plate recognition?
Available on select camera models. LPR (License Plate Recognition) cameras can capture and log vehicle plates entering/exiting your property, ideal for parking lot security, delivery tracking, or access control verification.
